Refund policy

Returns

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email hello@sbv.tools with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving the return. Items that show use or are missing components may receive a partial refund.

Lifetime Warranty

SBVTools carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. If a tool fails in normal use, contact hello@sbv.tools with a photo and your order number and we will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or modification.

Hand tools only. SBVTools bits, sockets and drivers are hand tools. They are not impact rated and are not intended for use with impact wrenches, impact drivers or any other power tool. The lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by power tool use.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sbv.tools and we will make it right at no cost to you.
